Honey and the Host Club
Honey was "recruited" into the Host Club while Tamaki was in middle school. He tempted Honey with a bunny puppet and asked Honey to join his club where he could put his adorable looks into good use and would be able to enjoy sweets and all sort of cute things.
Of course Honey declined since he was trying to be tough and strong, but Tamaki explained to him that true strength actually comes from accepting who you are and acting as such, not my giving up all that you love and makes you you.
Honey then quit the Karate Club and joined the Host Club along with Mori. Like I mentioned before, his appeal lies in his cute and pampered attitude, girls go wild seeing him indulge in sweets and most of all whenever Mori pampers or takes care of Honey in any way.
When it comes to the Host Club's crazy schemes, Honey often has a small role except in cases where his looks or cuteness can be of great help. For example when they try and help a kid who wants to make a girl in his club fall in love with him, Honey and Haruhi go "undercover" to the elementary section in order to try and find info on her so he can get her attention.
